Exclamation Amazon has requested new Billing Verification

I change a bank account on my amazon account and shortly after I recived an email stating

"My account is currently on hold pending the verification of my stock and registration information"

They requested for a copy of my CC Bill and Invoices

I faxed over my DL, CC Bill but for invoices I just faxed over photos of my stock with my seller ID Clearly displayed to show that I have the items in stock.

I have waited 4 days including weekend but no response. I called amazon a few times they said to email Seller Performance.

I cannot even log into my account. I know this must have been caused because of change of bank account.

Has anyone had a similar problem?

Hey,

i had that too.

When u dont have access to your account then they dont trust u anymore.

In my case (i had that dozen times), i was not able to lift off that limition, they completly delete the access to my accounts.

There are 3 Parts of Limitations


1. Review aka Suspenion (when they review your account for 30 days), u can login and check your payments, orders

2. Blocking aka no way out (you will never sell on amazon again, bla bla) u can login and check orders and payments, they give u the money normally after 90 days

3. The Blocking and Deleting (u can not login and can not check payments and orders) overkill situation, i never had a case where they lift off that limitation/ suspenion, normally the account is dead

This was on a regular Seller account. If they delet me what about my money which they are holding?

they will hold it also for 90 days, after the 90 days u can ask them for a release to your account

The emails which you got where you was not able to log into your account, what did they request for? did they actually state to you that the account is closed and funds will be held for 90 Days?

i received mails that they close the account for verification.

also that my funds are in a reserve for 90 days.

And they ask for proof of ID, adress and, invoices

Did the email you to say the account is closed or on HOLD Pending verification?
I have not received an email yet about the 90 days nor the fact my account is closed.
It would be very helpful if you could be a little more specific?

they didnt send me any e-mail

that my money is on hold for 90 days or that they block access to my account.

I needed to call them and they told me that over the phone!

So they sent you an email first asking to fax over documents to verify your account. You faxed over the docs and then they didn't email you. Then you called them and they told you the 90 Days Hold over the phone?

when i forgot to change my ip, when i listed the wrong item, when i listed to much and when i gave them a new or suspended bank account number.......

when the account was 1 month old
