Default Do I need to change my NIC for Amazon stealth account?

Do I need to change my NIC adapter for Amazon? I never used my ethernet ports on my laptop always connect wirelessly so do I need to change my NIC? Will Amazon still have my NIC number? Also if I have to change my NIC, I have a laptop instead of a desktop and the NIC adapter is connected to motherboard so I am unable to just switch out the NIC adapter so I bought a USB to ethernet adapter will this work or will they still have my old NIC adapter, if they have it to begin with?

It is my understanding that you should DISABLE the NIC in your system devices. But I have never personally tried it. Supposedly, Amazon uses some type of Javascript to read all of the MAC addresses in your system. So they can see the old NIC, even if you are not using it, unless it is disabled.

Again, I have not confirmed any of this.

a usb to nic adapter works great if you disable the old nick/ and wireless connection

you also can do a virtual os- vm ware and replace the router with a new router. You can be refurbished pretty cheap. $20

Usually plug and play. Then config online using your browser. Firefox even though it crashes allot is the safest.

also dial up is great. Your ip changes every time you disconnect and reconnect.

do not buy your used routers on ebay... my stealth acct user get ride of there blown acct routers and notebooks on ebay.

Buy new or rubbished from tigerdirect.com or another online comp store

another great method is to buy a cheap used server mobo (motherboard) for like $20 - $50 with a cheap p4 or amd processor. the sever board will have many more Pci slots for multiple nic card which are pretty cheap. if you an acct go down just pull the nic card and replace it. a cheap solution.

sometimes old school works fo new school tools. Imagination a used p4 zeon server mobo for $45 - $50 bones and 8 32 bit pci slots or even cheaper isa slots ha... so effectively you have 8 native hardware based ip address in one computer. to jump to the next acct. just switch Ethernet connections.

I was also thinking about some enterprise based network switches which allow ip tunneling and the ability to assign an ip to each port in a duplexed switch. we are talking about 30 - 60 or more connection with an independent ip address for routing traffic lets says in a sm office called My selling server. lol

what do you think?

i might be completly wrong, but the nic is basically your mac, which has its own address right?

can you not just get a mac spoofing software that will change your original mac address?

You can if you are sure about how to use a mac spoofing software but this is only good if you are using one computer for each acct. Unlike a router is not as easy to just got back to the spoofing software and re-plug the mac address from each acct. back into the software before switching accounts.

For multiple accts. on the same comp using just mac spoofing software is a big pain in the ass and you easily mess up and get linked.

behind a router, only the mac address of the router is seen.

Also be aware that MOST machines these days have 8+ NIC's so you have to spoof the MAC on ALL NIC's on the machine.
