Default Question about bank account for Amazon

Ok, so here's the scenario - I have 2 accounts that are blocked (silly reasons of selling OEM software - when I'm not - and selling recopied media - also which I'm not doing) - maybe a competitor reporting or such, I don't know.

My question is does anyone with several blocked accounts know where I can re-use the same bank account on Amazon for withdrawal?

Both accounts are in 90 days hold and such so I was wondering if I add one, withdraw - then when other time is up, I can use the same bank account to withdraw?

Did a search of the forum - didn't reveal much.

theres a thread somewhere in here where a guy does this...

but i think he waits till suspension to add a bank account at all and once and IF it does go down he adds the suspended one.

Try it...your my vote to be a guinea pig if you havent added one yet at all.

Thanks boog.

No, I haven't added the bank account info yet and now I have 2 accounts blocked - so I am going to risk one bank account on both and hope it works...

If your account is a "90 day blocked account" then it is a dead account.
You can put ANY bank account in there that you want to and you will still receive your money in 90 days from the block date.
It does not matter if the bank account has been used on a different Amazon account before or not.

Thanks HereWeGoAgain - that's excellent so the block is whatever, just move on - don't have to burn bank accounts for each and every one.

Yes, I will never get a solid account going with feedback if I keep getting blocked but it's good to know. Cheers

Amazon has developed pretty sophisticated methods to check accts and then suspend. With the right verifications that are usable with any name or address and the use of multiple accts with unerstanding velocity limits you cab make a great monthly profit.
feedback is really the key along with spreading out the risk. This means time, product type and how often you have tried to sell the same high risk product in the area your Ip address is coming from.
Ex. is you are selling high risk media and you get blocked then ope another or several stealth accts. even if all the info and ip address is different there computers will recognize the same pattern of product you are trying to sell in a given area based on your ip address. The computers access risk from a revenue loss point of view. Amazon doesn't really care about you or the customer except to keep their reputation to keep customers buying. They do not want to have a loss either from a scam or a customer not coming back.
age of account, how often you log in, what you are viewing page wise, if the ip area and mac address is consistent and if you are sell the exact product or type of product as accounts in your ip range or area that were recently suspended. So think about what you are doing and cange your ip to an area that is not near you.
There are some other methods w the multiple acct strategy. It's always an uphill battle unless you take it slow and sell non high risk products

One thing that has worked for me is to list different items first. Sometimes a LOT of different items. Items that I have no intention of selling, but that I can get very easily if by some off chance I DO get an order.

Price some high, some in the middle, and a few low - but NOT the lowest.

Then slowly list the items that you really WANT to sell. Again, not being the lowest on all of them. It is OK to be the lowest on a few.

But I agree, if you want to use IP's in the same area, you will have a tough time, especially if you are not in a major city. Dial-up can be HORRIBLY SLOW, but it does work wonders on the IP issue.

i agree dial up is the best. just get on and get off.
I list things I don;t have but price them a few $ more then the lowest. if it sells I order it from the net and resell. It would be nice to workout a way to sell some sm crap to each other and then get feedback as it's a real verifiable sale from someone that lives in another city of state.

that bs eh. switch it up. start using dial up for a month and then in 30 days when the ip ranges lease is up then go back to what you were doing. Sometimes time helps. Just do another method.

for stealth ip's Jeff, dial up is extremely hard to trace. it may be slow but it effective if you do not want to be linked. I think that was the point not the speed.

rsot, ip address are in a range meaning a certain set of numbers that you ip address will fall in for your provider, area and even approximate geographically spot on the grid.even if dynamically your ip address changes it will have a range that can potentially allow you to be traced back and linked. There are only so many ip's in a range at a given time for you. If you go though allot of accts as your ip dynamically changes you can get an ip address you already have used and if it just happens to be a inked acct ip your new acct will get linked too. All of this has to do with the provider too. The best thing is to switch it up. Use home wifi though a router, if you get shut down then go with dial up for a month or another broadband provider with a usb broadband modem... etc.

as for lease. your ip address and ip range do not stay with you forever. usually after 30 days they refresh and recycle and you get a new ip and range.

Ah thanks Newt. I have just begun looking at the IP provided by my cable company and it's static. Kind of freaked me out so i went dial-up.
