Default 30 Day amazon review

My account has been put under this 30 day review, i recently upped my prices so i wouldnt sell as much incase they decide not to let my account pass.

I was just curious, does it always take 30 days for them review it? do they ever complete it quicker then that?

I have seen it go both ways.
If you get any A-Z's or negative feedback during the 30 days you can pretty much kiss that account Bye-Bye for the next 90 days.

i have had 30 days reviews re-instated. if you are under review because you blew the velocity limits they just want to see if you will get feedback or a-z claims before letting you cont. to sell.

if you sell more then $750 in any rolling 30 day period you will get a review. if you want to keep the acct. , stop selling. ship all of your orders and send them one email only.
saying you are new to selling on amazon, and wish only to take care of your customers and make them happy. That is your goal. and send them all the tracking number with the order numbers.

wait the full 30 days, and usually it's reinstated and you a velocity limit increase unless you get bad feedback of an a-z claim and then it will go into a 90 day block.

I also received the unfortunate 30 day review email today. As you probably know, they ask for further information (tracking info, other sales channels, source and amount of inventory) in order to "expedite the release of funds".
My supllier is DH Gate. From what I can tell, it'd probably be a pretty bad idea to share that with Amazon. So, is there another way out of this? Or am I ruined?
Any help is truely appreciated.

Newtools,

"wait the full 30 days, and usually it's reinstated and you a velocity limit increase unless you get bad feedback of an a-z claim and then it will go into a 90 day block."

Does this mean that your account will usually be reinstated after the 30 days (barring bad feedback), even if you dont reply to their email requesting further info?

My last stealth got hit with 30 day. I got an a-z but somehow won that case as buyer didnt respond at all after I told amazon the story. Then I got hit with counterfeit items and that was the end.

So a-z doesnt mean auto dead. But counterfeit does

NICE!!! I decided to send Amazon a reply to the '30 day review' email, and within 24 hours the review was closed, and access to funds restored! Just wanted to share that it is possible to speed this up... and really wasn't that hard. Thanks Newtools.

I basically told them that I was a brand new seller who happened to come across a great deal on merchandise recently, and purchased it with the intention making a small profit online. I provided the tracking numbers for all of my recent orders, and pointed out that a few of them had already been delivered. I stroked their ego a bit about what a wonderful marketplace I thought Amazon was, how thankful I was to be given the opportunity to be part of it, how important it was to keep the site a safe one, how dedicated I was to good customer service, yadda yadda yadda. Then I asked, very nicely, for a speedy resolution to the review. Presto... review closed and access to funds restored! Yeah!

Well its actually an old account, one that I used to buy something with once, about a year ago. I just started selling on it about a week ago (when my eBay account got shut down for good)... sold about 8 items in as many days, got the 30 day review with just under 1K in the account.

seem like you pass the velocity limit, were you selling high risk items?

Yes. They are considered high risk vero items. I've rasied my prices so as not to sell anymore until my disbursment date (which is tomorrow). Do I have anything to worry about now... is there a chance that I will come under another review (providing, of course, that I get no negative feedback)? As I said I am very new to selling on Amazon and would really like to stay under the radar, so any tips would be appreciated!

it's all up to amazon, even with no a-z claims, no negative feedbacks, and no complaints, amazon will and do suspend sellers if they suspect them of selling copied products.

Kris and the others your welcome... all you have to do is treat the account as a living breathing person.... and know the rules. as I said, if you choose to respond just send them all the tracking numbers and say your new and only wish to serve the customers and make sure they are happy! If you respond in the right way there is no reason to not pass the review with a velocity limit increase. I have also waiting the 28 days rolling time and was able to sell another $750 without a review going on a second month.

The idea really is to always to making accts and have backups, some to withdraw on and some to blow the hell out the velocity and burn. Like Emenem says... "I'll tie her to the bed and burn down the house" I love the way you vero, lol

turn and burn are ready for Dec. ummm holidays. egg nog and $$$ and some nice attractive ladies in those Victoria secret furry Santa outfits
