Fight this or give up? Good account at the time

So I was selling this item

I sold about 10 every day at the prices I was selling them at. I had about 100 here that I could not sell on ebay fast enough so I listed them on amazon.

Now a buyer bought this item think it was the "real" deal, clearly the item description says its not. In the feedback the buyer left he said its counterfeit and all that other cr@p. Few days later I got suspended for selling counterfeit items.

As you guys can see from the item I am selling its not the real transfer cable but an after market brand and I clearly SPECIFIED that in my listing.

Should I go ahead and try to communicate with amazon and tell them the story or just give up.

If I should try how, what do I say to them in the email.

any help is appreciated.
