This is an email from a competitor. An actual rights-holder would NOT send a warning email that they were going to have an undercover buyer purchase from you. They would simply DO IT, and then you would receive a letter from their law firm.
If a rights holder contacted you via email, they would most likely include an email address, a website address and even a real-world address and phone number. They would NOT be hiding behind vague language - they would WANT YOU to know who they are upfront.
I get 2-3 emails per week from these people. Usually there are misspellings and grammatical errors in the email. It is probably someone under 30 who thinks they have found a great way to eliminate competition. you will be receiving one or maore sales soon
If this was cut & paste, you can see the spelling error/typo above.
Do not respond to such emails. There is nothing good that can come of it.
If Amazon thought you were selling phakes, your account would have been permanently blocked. Amazon does NOT give warnings to stop selling phakes.
