Can buyer file A-Z claim after full refund?

I have fully refunded the buyer for a returned item. But the buyer asked me to refund him 32 Euro return postage as well otherwise he will file the claim through Amazon.

I am normally happy to cover the return postage, but not 32 Euro as it costs me only 3 pounds to send to him...

Any idea?

You refunded through Amazon? As in cancel transaction/refund? Nope he can't do anything.

Yes, he returned the faulty item and I refund full payment through Amazon.

So he won't be given the option to file the claim anymore?

You know my account has just been recovered, any A-Z is Nono

He can't file the claim - transaction is dead. He can still leave feedback though I think - am not 100% sure on that one.

The whole point of A to Z is a refund....so you are good to go on that front by pre-empting him. However, feedback can always be left on an Amazon transaction.
