I have fully refunded the buyer for a returned item. But the buyer asked me to refund him 32 Euro return postage as well otherwise he will file the claim through Amazon.
I am normally happy to cover the return postage, but not 32 Euro as it costs me only 3 pounds to send to him...
Any idea?

The whole point of A to Z is a refund....so you are good to go on that front by pre-empting him. However, feedback can always be left on an Amazon transaction.
