Left Side: Click Account Review, There you will see attach files at the bottom.

Better to get paid after 14 days than NEVER.

Since the account got put into review I just sat and waited...did nothing.
A few people didn't receive their orders so I refunded them. One even bought for a gift for her husband who didn't want it so I accepted the return.
About 3 weeks later the review process was completed and I listed some items. In the last 7 days I've sold 40 items and withdrawn over $1300 with a couple of hundred sitting in the account right now.
Now I'm looking for more stuff to sell because I was letting that go while the account was under review, so time to reload right now.
