Does Amazon track the PC MAC as well, or just the router MAC?

Yes, it does track the PC MAC as well.
Check out page 14 and 15 in the Amazon Ghost book and you'll find out what and how you have to change. It seems to be complicated at first, but it's a step-by-step easy procedure.

they sure do...just get a program like smac or tmac to spoof it. Make sure your wired into your router and disable all your other active network adapters...there could be alot of them!!!! easy software to use and it does it all for you...well almost. user friendly basically

and not to give you a hard time but it sounds like you need to reread the book to be successful. We can help but the book gives you the basics so we can help you through it. Aspkin spent alot of time explaining this and like 2hrs on the diagram (brownie points for me) to insure you understood this!!! Easiest and most often way they link suspended accounts

i read many about "internet" and OSI model ,seems mac address can't pass router, so only your isp's router can log your mac access ,if amazon can get that ,the only way is getting date from ISP

Smac does the job very nicely, I set up 3 stealths recently(1 UK, 1 DE, 1 US), just changed the MAC addresses for comp, and wireless card, logging in using the same VPN for all. Make note of your original MAC addresses in case you need to change back.

I log into my legit Amazon account from a different computer now.

Do you need to change the PC Mac + Router Mac (Spoof) for every new account? What about a current running account...see below.

I have 6 accounts currently running good now with 7 others recently closed in the last 10 days. I have been running these 13 accounts anywhere from 30 days - 12 months. I never change the PC Mac and only changed the router Mac for every account. These recently closed accounts have been from "linked" reasons. I should have purchase this book earlier! Should I immediately go into the 6 running accounts and Spoof the Mac and Routers right away and clean flash, cookies, fingerprints etc. on them? Would that red flag me having different information when list my next item?
I'm thinking of going System Virtual Machine on those existing/current running accounts.

Any help would be appreciated. =)
