How to sell on amazon with external website?

I searched on amazon and found that some seller is selling on amazon with an external website.

What is more weird is that I can only purchase from the external website.

I wonder how to sell with an external website and why amazon allows sellers to do it. I know that ebay will not allow it.

I don't think these items are listed on Amazon, it's just advertising Amazon sells to other merchants.
