MichaelW | 07-21-2011 01:41 AM | All my 5 accounts are gone Just got all of my 5 account are gone I think.
Have not got any email from them yet but could not log in any of my account
These account made around the US and used same IP address range. Different windows user account, different IP, MAC, Computer Name
But don't know why they all go down at the same time
Chat with them and got this Quote:
It appears your account and order are on hold pending further research. This could be due to incorrect or incomplete billing information, or we may just need further authorization for an order. You may have already received an e-mail about this. I can contact an account specialist and let them know you called. I just need to get some information from you, and someone should get back to you within 24 hours.

GreenBean | 07-21-2011 01:54 AM | Bah. Not what you want to have happen.
So you sold an item or brought an item? paypal ok?
I'm thinking you might turn around and be given abusing ebay suspensions. (More than likely a link.)
Not being the bearer of bad news, but best to let you know.
For now, preferable to wait for further ebay responses:mad2: |
Gamefreak | 07-21-2011 02:06 AM | Ebay or amazon? |
GreenBean | 07-21-2011 02:08 AM | Yeah! Gamefreak passed the test.
GreenBean did not. LOL.
re-reading it (and a pm) wrong reply.
As you were :peace: |
I would wait a bit - report back in 24. |
MichaelW | 07-21-2011 08:26 AM | They are ama zon account. They promise to reply in 24 hours. I just contact them last nigh by one of the account, have not touch the others 4 accounts yet. |
MichaelW | 07-21-2011 08:27 AM | I have like about 50 sold in one account and it is happen just after I make a refund on 1 order due to package lost in the mail |
So you were not even suspended outright - that is weird. |
MichaelW | 07-22-2011 01:40 AM | 24hours pass already, still no email, phone call from them even they promised either call or email with in 24 hours.
I will ring them tomorrow |
Axcend | 07-22-2011 05:30 AM | I know what happened. This happened to me a few months back. They linked you through your second Mac address. What caused it for me:
Vmware(Mac spoofed) -> iPhone (can't change Mac)
That was my chain for Internet connection. Amazon can see the 2 closest mac addresses. They linked your accounts and outright deleted them. Same thing happened to me.
There could be a diff reason. How long were these accounts open for? |

I will ring them tomorrow | Don't ever accept that for an answer. Demand to speak with someone immediately. They will NEVER contact you. |
MichaelW | 07-28-2011 07:07 PM | The account opened about a month.
I call them every day, chat, email but no respond at all.
Every time they said the account specialist will contact me with in 24 hours but they never done anything.
Anyone know anyway to contact their account specialist? email, phone?
The regular CSR don't have access to my account :-(
Thank you Quote:

I have no experience with this although this has happened to a few people - hopefully your efforts will bear fruit =( |
Here We Go Again | 07-28-2011 10:25 PM | If you can NOT log into the accounts then they have been deleted from the customer point of view.
I had this happen about 6 months ago.
Amazon deleted about 15 of my accounts with money in them.
I lost all 12K that was in those accounts.
If you are still able to log into the accounts then you should fell lucky.
By the way..... They will NEVER contact you.
Even tho they say they will then NEVER will. |
MichaelW | 07-29-2011 12:35 AM | No, I CAN NOT log into my account at all.
SO they just took your money for good????????????
I can still received or request password change but can not log in at all.
I still received email from them ask me to rate the transaction that I buy on amazon

Think I just had this happen to an active account of mine - posted only one listing up and now I can't even log in - nothing - thankfully no sales.
Edit: When I ask to change password, I get the Amazon e-mail which I click to make new password but now I can't log in with that password - is this what happens to you all as well? |
MichaelW | 07-29-2011 01:12 PM | Yes, same sh!t
I still got email from them for A-Z claim due to item not received. How the hell I ship the item if can't log into my account? Quote:

Even tho they say they will then NEVER will. | You just need to get in touch with someone in Executive Customer Service. A complaint to the BBB worked for me. They promptly sent an email and the account magically reappeared. |
MichaelW | 07-31-2011 01:51 PM | Do you have a contact information for someone in the Executive Team?
When you file complaint to the BBB, are you using your local BBB?
