the payment area reflects the 9th as the date. And I don't think it is!

adding a new bank account makes you wait 14 days before you can use that bank account for dispersal, this is separate from any other waiting periods you may have

Im starting to wonder if Amazon is having disbursement issues with its upcoming disbursement changes. I have 4 different accounts that are suppose to disburse today and they havent started it yet. Granted, today isnt over yet and I know they are in Pacific Time Zone. But usually the morning on the disbursement date around 9 or 10am PST my current balance wouldve been at $0.00 and Id be getting an email stating that the disbursement has been initiated. Its really weird.

It may also be different for different types of accounts.

All I know is that I originally had an amazon account set to deposit into a savings account and my bank complained and told me to change the deposits to go into a checking account. When I did that, it made me wait 14 days for my next deposit.

It's not a step I usually encounter anymore, I just open the new amazon accounts with a checking account on day one and the waiting periods for the different amazon processes overlap anyway, so I don't have to deal with the change of account waiting period by itself anymore.

Yes. That is because you changed the bank info. Which i believe now days its 7 days you have to wait after you "change" the bank info.
