I have 10+ accounts with Amazon that all total contain 10+K in payments.
These 10+ accounts were deleted by amazon after that were blocked after they were suspended.
I can not log into them what so ever.
They are stuck in the password reset endless loop.
I went so far as to talk to Amazon Customer Service about 1 of these accounts.
I was told that they were blocked and restricted and until the restriction was lifted by their Customer Safety dept I would not have access to this account.
This is the same on the 10+ accounts.
The 90 cash lock was up in March of 2011. It is now almost September of 2011.
6 months + 90 days = 9 months.
So why has Amazon in essence stolen 10+K from me?
I can not get them to release my money no matter how many times I email them or call them.
I have already written the 10+K off as a loss and a expensive lesson learned.
What they should do and what reality is are sometimes very different.
