| potofgold23 | 12-07-2011 02:28 AM | No, actually in the U.S. you just fill out a form and drop it in any old mailbox. They do however send a notice to the address that is getting forwarded. I had this happen to me that's where I got the idea. I received a notice that a person by the name of, I can't remember exactly but we'll say John Smith who allegedly resided at my address was changing his address and having his mail forwarded. Since I'm not John Smith and didn't care about receiving his mail, I simply ignored the notice. I'd like to think it was somebody screwing over ebay/paypal/etc but who knows? |
