Every time i sell this one item the address i get is to someone in the military or on a navy ship. Should I cancel?

yes support the troops. Its not like its an international order or anything the thing you should be worried about are those people who use forwarding companies.

That would be a yes RSOT, you need a customs form for that. I ship without it all the time and have never had a problem.

I went to fill out a customs form yesterday and the postmaster... after he hit some buttons on his computer.. said he "just did it for me"
