Weird Failed Disbursement.
So yesterday I sold a few items, I printed out the labels and went to try and Request a Disbursement. The button wasn't there.
On the home page of the seller account, it says my last settlement was yesterday for just a couploe dollar, which doesn't make any sense to me, because it wouldve been more than that, unless it disbursed after I confirmed and order and because of my reserve it ended up being just a couple dollars.
Now, my available balance is around $150, but in the Payments Summary, it says "There was a failed disbursement on 10/26/11" --- "Verify Bank Account Information" --- "Contact Us"
Now, today is only the 25th and it was showing that same thing, yesterday, which is the 24th. I never received anything in an email saying that they were disbursing or that there was a failed disbursement.
I have used this account several times over the past 90 days and have disbursed several times without any problems.
Anyone ever had this same issue or have any ideas?
