Default Weird Failed Disbursement.

So yesterday I sold a few items, I printed out the labels and went to try and Request a Disbursement. The button wasn't there.

On the home page of the seller account, it says my last settlement was yesterday for just a couploe dollar, which doesn't make any sense to me, because it wouldve been more than that, unless it disbursed after I confirmed and order and because of my reserve it ended up being just a couple dollars.

Now, my available balance is around $150, but in the Payments Summary, it says "There was a failed disbursement on 10/26/11" --- "Verify Bank Account Information" --- "Contact Us"

Now, today is only the 25th and it was showing that same thing, yesterday, which is the 24th. I never received anything in an email saying that they were disbursing or that there was a failed disbursement.

I have used this account several times over the past 90 days and have disbursed several times without any problems.

Anyone ever had this same issue or have any ideas?

I have 1 of my mature 90 day suspended accounts showing "Verify Bank Account Information" --- "Contact Us"
I changed the credit card AND the bank account.
It still says the same thing: "Verify Bank Account Information" --- "Contact Us"

At this moment I am at a loss as to what is going on with this account.

Well atleast I'm not the only one. Doesn't make any sense to me. The accounts Ive been making and using the past couple months, Ive been very careful with them, not to sell to fast and do high earnings.

I found this thread Amazon Seller Community: FYI... Disbursements failed on 8/26, ...

I dont know if maybe it has any relevance?

I have had this happen on 2 of my accounts. Weird thing about them is they were accounts that had gotten suspended within several days before the disbursement. But since they were suspended then they shouldn't have been able to get a disbursement anyways. So I figured it was a glitch and at the 90 day mark I would see what was going on.

Did it tell you that in an email? I never got any email about it disbursing or that it failed. But, if it disbursed yesterday (which was the day for automatic disbursement, 14 days after my last disbursement), how could it disburse and fail on the same day? I have had disbursements on other accounts where the bank wouldnt accept it, but it was days before the money return.

Also, it says "There was a failed disbursement on 10/26/11" and this was yesterday, which was the 24th. Something strange going on....

The weird thing is the day is wrong.

Like today is the 10/25/2011 but it said "There was a failed disbursement on 10/27/2011". Happen to me once

This has happened to me several times on dead accounts near the end of the 90-day waiting period. "Failure to disperse" messages within my account - no email notification.

I have so far always been able to disperse the money on these after this "failure".

Yeah, but this is a LIVE account. Its not dead, Ive been selling and disbursing with no problems. The account still has listings up and has sold other items today.

this has happened to me on 2 of my active accounts. here is what i did:
1. changed bank account number/routing number. no need to verify.
2. re-initiated full disbursement.
3. in 3 business days the deposit arrived. 2 business days after that, my next manual disbursement came in.
no problems.

Changing bank account/routing number, means waiting an additional 7 days though, right?

Well my account went back to normal the very next day. Still very weird!
