Nope it just shows that, when in reality 90 days from the date of your closure you can log in and request disbursement.
So count 90 days from the 19th and whatever it is log it that afternoon and you can disburse, wont have to wait until the 29th.
Also keep in mind its from the day they BLOCKED your account not from the day it was put into review.
So log into your account and click on the link where it says:
Amazon.com has suspended your account. Please refer to email from Amazon.com to learn more about the status of your account.. Read more
Click the read more link.
Go through your messages from Amazon and look for the one that says your account has been blocked. It will be 90 days from that date, and usually that date is a few weeks past when they put you into review.
P.S. If your official block date was the 19th, then shoot Amazon a message stating that your funds weren't released. Something is up and they will let you know if there holding it because of a link to another account, etc....
