Anyway after being told they were gonna hold my money for 90 days, it ended up being only 1 week. Here are a few emails that were sent to them and received from them. Not bragging but just want to share this info with you all.

Your funds will be disbursed to the bank account on file after your 90 day review, minus any outstanding chargebacks or A-to-z Guarantee claims.

From me to Amazon:
Subject: Re: Your Amazon.com Inquiry
Here's what you guys don't seem to understand. Your WARNING was sent 6
hours after my email was sent to the customer. I did not send the email
6 hours after you sent a warning email. It was sent through my
Blackberry telephone. It not my fault you guys have to "big brother" all
of your customer's emails. This email was not sent through Amazons
website, therefore I technically can send the customer any type of email
I wish. My only action as of now is to go the legal route. I presume you guys will send a representative to "my city" to answer questions brought forth toward you. We will have a formal letter sent to you next week......
Thanks, and see you soon....
Hello from Amazon.com "Amazons Response to Above"
Thank you for writing to Jeff Bezos about your recently blocked seller account. Jeff Bezos received your email and asked that I respond on his behalf.
We have reviewed this situation, and decided to reactivate your account. The temporary hold on your funds has been removed, and you are now welcome to sell items on our site. However, please note that contact between Amazon.com participants must be courteous and limited to transaction details. Facilitating inappropriate or unsolicited contact is a violation of our policies.
If we continue to receive reports that your correspondence with Amazon.com participants violates the aforementioned policy, your selling privileges may be permanently removed.
In addition, it has come to our attention that you may be diverting Amazon.com buyers to another website or sales process. This is a serious violation of our policies.
Please note that Amazon Payments is the only acceptable payment method for Marketplace transactions. As per our policies, any attempt to circumvent our sales process is prohibited.
To avoid the closure of your seller account, please refrain from diverting buyers to any other website or sales process.
Thank you for your business on Amazon.com.
I did not have a stealth account and conduct about $30-$40k a month in sales on Amazon. So, if you are blocked and think you have been wronged, don't give up do what you have to do.
