Amazon.ca wont give me my money

Hi i had my amazon.ca account suspended back in april 9th. Their email stated that in 90 more then 90 days my money would be transferred to my bank acct. I called them on the 10th to get it released and they said oh ya no problem nothing on the 12 th same old oh ya no problem called yesterday talked to leadership group who said they would be released right away and still nothing an extra 10 days they are holding 3000 and wont tell me why. I had a .com account go down same day and the money was released to me on the 9 th like it was suppose to be without any problem or questions. I would really like some advvise on how i can get my money

Same thing happened with me, turns out Amazon had linked me to another account, where someone had filed a chargeback after I have removed all the money leaving a negative balance.

I had to give Amazon permission to deduct that chargeback from the amount they were currently holding before they would release my money.

Call and ask to speak to an Amazon Supervisor, or have one call you back. They will call you back and tell you the exact reason why there holding the money. Normally its because of a linked account with a past due balance, even if the old account was stealth info, if they match or link anything they hold you responsible for making that account right.
