Default Customer Removed Feedback - How to find out who?

I just noticed I have one less Feedback on my Amazon account. Trying to find out who removed, no idea tho how to check.


I had a buyer recently open a claim for SNAD after leaving positive feedback. It's not this order, her positive feedback is still there.

Are you sure the feedback is gone? I've never checked, but the only way is probably to check every order one by one and see if any are annotated.

Yep sure, it was a set number for a few days, then it it was -1 all of the sudden. It's a positive one for sure also.

How long do they have to remove feedback, does anybody know?

Removing a positive? Wow. Email Amazon, see if they tell you. I think buyers have 60 days to modify or leave feedback in any way.

99% sure they can only remove not amend/alter.
Not getting enough feedback from buyers in any case

Not the best of things to happen.

Removing Feedback You've Left
If you've left feedback on a seller and would like to remove it, you can do this through the Review Your Feedback page. Please note that feedback cannot be edited; only removed. Once you have removed feedback for a seller, you will not be able to post new feedback for that seller.

Go to www.amazon.com/your-account.
Under "Personalization," in the "Community" column, click "Seller Feedback Submitted By You."
A list of all of the feedback left by you will display. Click the "Remove" link next to the feedback you would like to remove. If there is no "Remove" option next to a comment, this means the 60-day removal period has expired.
Find answers to your questions about leaving feedback for sellers and managing feedback you've already left.

Is there any chance amazon itself removed the feedback if they have a problem with a buyer?

Could be, but I think it's just a buyer who experienced some issues with the product later down the road and decided a positive was not warranted.

So 60 days hmm, I guess next time I mass request feedback I'll take a closer look at the feedback status of each order.

Don't think you can truly find out whose feedback was removed unless you keep track of all your feedback.
