Hello!!!

Today after hours reading the book I created a new account because the other one got suspended. My new account is a Pro Merchant Account, the question is should I start listing all my items from today or do I have to do it slowly, like a new item per day?

Always do it slowly. Remember the first soft limit is 750$ in 28 days before first review.

What I always do:
1. In each order I ship include a printout which very, very politely requests seller feedback. On the other side (my laser printer prints double sided automatically, VERY useful) of that sheet, I include detailed instructions on how to do that (with screenshots and everything)
2. I also add a little handwritten note that seeks to be personal and cute

The two things above have given me almost 50% feedback rate. Which means if you ship QUICKLY (very important), and get enough feedbacks, the review will last hours and then you're free to sell a bit more.

Pro merchant account or not really makes no difference according to my research.
