Wow that's good news!!

I kept emailing them daily via forget password once I got a positive case number I would chance that advisor so every time I contacted them via forget password I would highlight that reference and address it to the case owner.

How long was ur deleted account deleted for?

It was approximately 90 days since I had noticed that had deleted my account. Maybe they are coming through after all?

Now to work on the other 15+ accounts that have been deleted.
