Getting Feedback

How do you get feedbacks when you sell on Amazon? All of my customers are lazy. I've sold more than 100 Items, but I've got only 5 feedbacks so far. even though i've kept requesting them to leave feedbacks for a thousand times. They're kind of ignoring my messages. what the heck......... It seems that eBay's customers are more accommodating when you ask them to leave feedbacks.

If you have high sales volume on Amazon then you are going to pick up 5 to 10% of the buyers on feedback.

If you are doing volume sales then I recommend feedbackfive which will send out 2 emails to the buyer say 14 days after the sale and then a 5 day reminder, you get the percentage up a little.

Until we can rate the buyer on Amazon there is no incentive to leave feedback except to complain. The only good thing about the feedback there is that you can get the buyer to remove neutral and negative feedback and they can not re post after they have done this.

Send out feedback slips with the order. Cheap & easy. You should get 20% feedback this way.

Btw, buyers can be rated; it's just useless to do so, as it doesn't count in any way, and no one reads buyer feedback.

I think in general Amazons buyers tend to leave less feedback compared to eBay.

I do agree with ovidiu though - fb slips with your items will give you more chance of receiving feedback - get a cheap printer and some paper - print of tons of slips - then you are good to go!

What ive come to find out is that probably 50-75% of customers have some type of spam filter on ALL amazon messages. So you could be emailed but that doesnt mean that the emails are getting to those customers.

My feedback rate is one of the worst ive seen lately. Some 1-3%

Are you including feedback slips or cards? Also, having a legit phone number and maybe your personal email address on there increases the buyer's confidence that you can be reached in case of a problem, thus, fewer automatic negatives.

I have my companies 800 number, email address, buyers RARELY call or email and rather contact through amazon or give negative feedback to complain as if they cannot read to contact us with issues

Slips or cards do work.
