Another stupid amazon comment/question

So I read thru Amazon agreement and no where it said they will release the funds in 90 days. Only thing I found is they reserve the right to hold the funds til investigation is over (So basically forever). I think even if I sue them in a small claim court, I won't able to hold a case as I have agree this F**k nut agreement when I sign up for the seller account.

Amazon is worst than paypal in a lot of ways...

Amazon can put WHATEVER they want in their Customer "Agreement", the Truth is that the LAW of the land supercedes ANYTHING in that agreement, From what I am gathering from your Post, If you can prove the Money belongs to you Amazon MUST give it to you, Irreguardless of their User Agreement,,,GUARANTEED, So go right ahead and take them to court if you have to
