Order Shipment Confirmation - Order ID from a stealth

I accidentally upload an order from a stealth account on another stealth account using the Order Shipment Confirmation feature with the .TXT file. Has this ever happened to anyone here on the board? Am I in risk of getting both accounts suspended?

I dont know that way but I have uploaded the same tracking number on 2 accounts by accident and those accounts are still selling today.

I do all my labels with ebay shipping now so I wont make this mistake again.
