Error with card

Alright so here is how I went about it all...

Use virtual PC with VMplayer

Spoofed my mac address with SMAC I do believe perfectly and turned off all others

use Switch VPN just in case

Tried to use variations of my name with Netspend but they made me verify SS and also my real name

Used new address I was going to try

Got the error when processing everything.

Switch VPN does not work on amazon, I tried it. In fact few VPNs work. Netspend has also got me suspended allot, i dont use it. If name doesnt match netspend wont even accept payment. Get a dongle, use VCC (net spend let's you create VCC). Good luck.
