Default fund disbursement issue

i tried to search, but to no avail.

Amazon suspended my secondary account over 90 days ago, with 5 figures in total balance.
After I added a checking account that was related to a blocked account (unknowingly), the account was deleted.

After 90 days, I emailed them and they undeleted and resuspended the account (I can log in now)

and the payment-funds specialist agreed to initiate the transfer on 11/29
but due to the fact that I owe a couple hundred dollars on my related account, the transfer was delayed. I received the transfer delayed email on 11/30, after the funds did not disburse on 11/29.

I logged on to the related account on 12/2, paid the debt off and asked the transfer to be reinitiated. No reply, but the transfer date is now 11/29/14... 2 years from now...

I emailed several times over the weekend, to merchant-disbursement-inquiry and payment-funds, but have not received any replies.

This baffles me, especially after that they agreed to pay me and now, what?
I just emailed jeff@amazon.com and see if anything happens.
I will start a BBB inquiry tomorrow if still no reply.

Anyone have any insights?

is it stealth? After I added a checking account.... u added previously banned acc?
if so, forget about your money, since its not your money )

it has my last name and address and all...

If you sent an email to Amazon payments you get a response get a response in <24 Hrs. This is an Amazon customer service guarantee.

I am not sure why you havent gotten a response. Did the last email you received say they will not correspond further regarding this issue ? (paraphrased).

Usually one email to the appropriate department gets a response within 24 hrs, there's usually no need to keep sending rampant emails everywhere.
