Amazon. DE - Suspended for listing restricted items - tactic to appeal
 

The thing is I have used some different UPC codes to list restricted fat burners. Stuff was selling good, people were happy 100% positive feedback.
What will be the best tactic to write the appeal? I can't say it was mistake as I have done that in purpose.

Questionable listings are always seen as risky to the platform - sadly, your chances of appeal are very low...wait for others to make comments but it's not looking good

I have not received any performance notification or restricted product removal on that account. Sold quite a lot with maybe 2 positives in total.

Amazon is known to just decide to close accounts...without previous warning

When you appeal, they will give your an outline. Simply follow it and make your points clearly. Especially states how you will make sure this won't happen again.

I had 2 account's appealed in the past and both successful, (both UK accounts though). No special trick played.

But the items being sold are the big determinant latting - glad you got them reinstated.

I would try to appeal and point out that I was not informed of any violations and was unaware the products were restricted. HOWEVER - the chances of success are low, since Amazon obviously has a problem with what you are selling.
