Question Account blocked, can not log in.

Does anybody know who I email to see when my funds will be transfered to my bank account? I have two accounts in this status one holding 1,500 and another holding 850.00. Both accounts are almost three months old but i can not log into either of the accounts.

Thanks for any info.

You can e mail seller support or jeff@amazon.com. However if your account is blocked you have zero chance of getting any cash. Your account will have been linked to another account or you have been selling phakes

I hate to say it, but Micky H is right. When Amazon DELETES your account and you cannot log in, they will no longer respond to you and will keep your money. If you call them, their rep will tell you that you have to talk to Seller Support and that Seller Support does not take calls. They will promise to have them call you back or email you. But that will never happen.

The only way I have seen anyone get their money after an account deletion is by getting a lawyer involved.

The account still has funds in it, what happened was I signed up for prime
to buy some items for the free 30 day trial. The accounting department wanted me to verify the card which I can't do because it's a Vanilla Gift card. So if my password for my seller account and my buyer account was different I would be able to access my seller account to at least do returns of items and such.

It was a bad move I should have obviously opened a buyer account and bought the items. I believe that there is a accounting email that I can verify when and if the dispersement will take place. The seller account is shut down due to not having the verification though.

Anyone know that email? Or have other thoughts?

Thanks.

I was wrong about the other account with 850.00 in it. That one I can access and the funds are there. When I asked the question I was not specific enough.

If you can log in then there is a chance you might get your money back but you have to wait 90 days after the date of your suspension and then plus whatever days in the payment cycle. If its already been 3 months then the payement could happen any week now but dont get your hopes up too much!

For now I think you need to stop or slow down in the progress and read and learn more how to operate a stealth amazon account. It is always best for you to know and understand how it work.

If you just open new account and sale again it will hurt you more.

Please ask/read as much as you can before making new account

I have heard of people having success getting money back from a deleted account. One person who was successful shared this info with me. They said not to bother emailing them until the 90th day. You have to send an email to these addresses. Please let me know if it works.

As I said before, I'm able to get money from one of my deleted account two years ago by email Jeff. The account have almost 5K.

I don't get an actual email from Jeff but from some one who claim that she act on behalf of Jeff. I'm sure there will be a team that monitor and respond certain email send to Jeff.

Again, this was two years ago and may not be work anymore.
