IP to access amazon question

I have read the book and have tried EVERYTHING to change my IP.

Called my isp and was told I have a dynamic ip, but I can clearly see in the admin log that it is a Static IP, and clearly nothing is changing it.

I just found Tor and it did change my IP.

But after reading people say it will still get me flagged?

I am limited with internet options here where I live....any suggestions??

Have you checked with whatsmyip.org for your ip address? See if it changes.

I use VPN and had no problems with IP's at amazon.

It is static,yep.

Dongle could work well for you

Don't use TOR - look at dongle and cellphone tethering.

If you can handle sloooooooow speeds, dial-up is for you
