The receipt produced on ACCEPTING payment wouldnt show true name - the receipt produced on SENDING payment from the bank would show true name.

... which makes all the more confused how Amazon managed to detect me. I used clean VPS + full set of made-up identity!

I am thinking that they didnt detect your name per say but what you were selling...it is possible that Amazon thinks the goods are illegal/stolen and went after with you a manual withdrawal (just an idea)
