Amazon UK I.D. verification

Anybody had to submit documents? Do they ask for scanned or photo?

I see they want passport number/details first etc, but there is only a tick box to confirm if you have a valid driving license. I'm sure at some point they may want to 'see' the i.d., but was wondering if scanned or photo.

This requirement is still new so not much news around but I'll be submitting docs on some accounts soon and will report back...

Submitting a passport can be problematic if doctored.....tread carefully as they will know and have the facility to check

I realise details can be checked against database(s) and if every verification process is thoroughly checked from every single seller then I'm stuffed (for now).
The problem is having genuine documents that don't match the name/address on my stealth account.

Just trial and error I'm afraid and not much time to think about it as they are only giving limited time to submit...after 60 days the account will be useless or closed altogether...
