Amazon UK ID + Velocity Limit Differences

Hello,

Amazon Europe requires ID verification.
Is ID verification required if you are selling as an individual?

Also: are there velocity differences between selling on Amazon Uk, Amazon Germany, etc. ?

For example: does every Amazon have its own velocity limit, or is there ONE velocity limit for ALL Amazon's combined? So is it (example) $1000 velocity limit for UK, $1000 for Germany, etc. or just $1000 for all?

You better stay with uk as its easy going germans may request further informatiin such as id scan etc happened to me once. I never seen this on uk site

seems to be normal. Only popup in the seller central home page.

It seems id is required on all UK accounts now, individual and pro...they are giving 60 calendar days from their first notice to provide info. Accounts running as normal during this period...so far!!
