Default No velocity limit when you have fullfilment by amazon.

So I accidentally signed up for fulfillment by amazon but when I called in to cancel it I asked about the benefits of fulfillment by amazon they said that the standard velocity limit is completely lifted(no max selling amount WHAAAAA)......This amazed me because up until now I have been rotating 5+ accounts trying not to exceed the 750 velocity can anybody confirm this?? Or has been put under review for exceeding velocity limit while using fulfillment by amazon?

This is interesting. From what I have heard before that fulfillment by Amazon you were still limited to the same amount of sales per month. It may depend on the items you are selling also though.

What does not make sense is if it was filled by amazon then there is no need for a velocity limit. Since amazon has your items and they are shipping them out. Then there should not be any issues... either way i would not ship my stuff to them period. They are not trustworthy at all..

you misunderstand when you sign up for fulfillment by amazon you have an option to mail to customer your self or to have amazon mail it out for you... just because you signed up for fulfillment by amazon does not mean ALL of your products have to be sent by amazon to your client.

If you send your products to Amazon and your selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗ items then you will not get them back at all.

I am aware of this but when u sign up for fba you can still sell as an individual(Which means you mail out the product not amazon) but your account maintain's the fba status. so no I will never mail my products to amazon because they are "vero" im just wondering if anybody has had a review using fba.

Hope you're not selling foo-foo - that stuff gets sniffed otu and destroyed WITHOUT chance of return.

I would avoid this at all costs. There is a reason amazon offers this and the negatives to do not outweigh the benefits for the sellers. For example have fun paying the $1-$2 PER item to have amazon ship them back to you once your account gets the boot.

Oh i did not actually read the guidlines for fba. If you do not have to send them your items then it may be a good idea to get ststus, but it does not give you longevity as a seller..

If you sign up as FBA then you can only disburse your money every 2 weeks. They don't give you a manual option to get paid every 24hrs like normal accounts have.

Thanks for the update. Question though. How long did it take for you to hit the 1050?

never send any inventory to amazon warehouse ,,they will keep your inventory once the account is deleted ,,amazon still keep my 10000 USD worth of inventory ,,
I have called and called again ,and the only answer I got from the guys working at seller support team is that you need to contact seller performance team ,,
will, as you guys know ,whatever you send to seller performance team ,,they just ignore it ,,
lesson learned ,!

Also I have perfect analytic's on amazon I provide tracking and I had no refund's or A to z claims on that account.... kinda bummed out about losing the 9 feedback tho....... Idk what you guys are selling but like I said before I created an account 2 months ago now. To this date the account has grossed 19k in sales. about 300 items in 2 months. NO review or limits as of yet. I had 1 a-z claim about 5 days ago but that was resolved asap. Account has 100% feedback at 55 feedback with 98% of that 5 stars.

Just make sure you guys get feedback for whatever your selling.

I have just turned over around £713 $1112 in 17 days, I first started selling in august and my account went under review after i sold my first 2 items

I carried on selling for a few weeks very lightly then left it alone for a while as i thought my eb account had cooled down enough to start on there again

And now i have started selling on it again and the above is what i have turned over i got a bit carried away i think going to leave it for 10 days or so now though funny thing is they emailed me recently saying my account is not under review any more

What a knob i am though as i thought the review had finished weeks ago, so i think i may have been lucky this time although i have had 3 positive within a month giving me a grand total of 5

So my conclusion is maybe you can get away with selling more than $700 per month but i think feedback plays a part and also fast shipment and good customer relations if your customer is not happy refund refund refund and be nice about it like it's no problem and i think you will be ok

I am confused by normal accounts you said. Because pro account can only disburse money every 2 weeks. Yes, you can withdrawal money early, but once you request withdrawal, you cant request again soon.

On a normal account you can only withdraw once every 24hrs. On a pro account you can only withdraw once every 2 weeks.

Well over $750 in less than 28 days and (unfortunately) no feedback - mostly on items sold thru FBA. Waiting to see if this account will be flagged for "review". Will update asap for those interested.

so reading the posts: you can sign up for fba and still hold onto your merchandise and mail yourself. How much is it per month?
So with this you can still be reviewed it is not a blanket policy.
they can suspend you at any time?
Also if someone files a claim will they automatically refund them?
Is the fba like the pro merchant account?

Just wondering.
