NOT ABLE TO LOGIN - Password Assistance do not work - Amazon not responding
 

My account has been suspended about 2 months ago. That is Amazon.co.uk and was selling from the UK.

Everything was fine till now. I am not able to login.
I've been trying to use Password Assistance etc. but that do not work. I've been trying to contact amazon multiple times but they not responding. Still receiving some emails but not these I am waiting for ...

Now, how to get my FBA items back? How to change my banking details? Is it any place I can report that? Is that s**t legal at all?

Yes it is legal, it does state in their T&C's that they can hold money should they delete your account.

If the items were even mildly questionable then that could contribute to their decision. Items will be taken care of by Amazon and the funds will not be able to be recovered, this is the usual consensus

You would not have.

You only find out your account is deleted when you can no longer log in.

So why not to delete all the accounts and keep all the FBA items? Thats wrong

Same here althougb strangely the account is showing as active has all the listings online and i have been able to change the password, just can't login?

Guess i will see if it comes good in a couple of weeks, not sure why they don't just suspend the listings as well? i've yet to make a sale on there anyway

If you are using FBA and Amazon determines your merchandise is counterfeit, they will NOT send it back to you, they will turn it over to the authorities.

Have you cleared your browser catch? it might cause problem. also try in another brewer.

Yes used different browsers and changed password, also deleted cookies in firefox, still the same thing just can't login either thru seller central or via the website as a buyer.

Yes was still active, then last night they said i had failed a review which curiously i wasn't notified about in seller central when i was in there on Thursday, just immediately locked out from Fri morning then Fri night the email came and a link to review it, which obviously i cannot as they deleted my login while conducting the review completely insane:laugh:

Then amazon have linked you to an old account or you are selling phakes. Unfortunately you
have lost your money, if you are FBA which I recall you said then you have lost your stock also. This is the hard cruel side of amazon. Close the book, start again with ghost and make the cash back.

And no e-mail received...could just be a delayed deletion then - wait 24 hours and see if listings still active.

Very strange i've never sold on Amazon and was using VMware and a modem 3g provider that has never been used to login or browse the site.

Seems it must be down to the automated systems, as i said previously it was a personal account with some used items and no sales as of yet and had a big green tick when i last logged in, and had full details attached that had passed all preliminary checks.
