Sorry buddy but you have lost all your cash. You have no chance of getting it back. Even if you are prepared to take legal action, amazon will win as they have more money and can just keep the case going and going. I know this from experience. Also you have to issue proceeding in Luxembourg which again is very cost prohibitive.
I had 3 accounts in the past I couldn't get in ... the problem wasn't my seller account . The problem was my buyers account try calling amazon to see if it is your buyers account is the issue. If you do have an issue with your buyers account amazon wont allow you to log into your seller account until your buyers account is resolved .
One thing you may try, many month's ago I could not log into my seller account. Thought here we go deleted account. I tried logging in on another browser and success I could log in.
Best way to get your money back is to buy something from Amazon to the value of the money they have stolen from you, (not an Amazon seller but Amazon themselves - don't rip off another seller), get it delivered to a friends address then do a chargeback. Use a different PC of course. Banks will almost always favour the buyer in such circumstances.
