Amazon Seller Verification process.
 

I have been stuck on the new seller verification process for the last 3 months. All IDs required were submitted (Passport and Utility Bill). I got an email last week requesting my passport (for the 5th time). This was submitted again.
Anyway, on Friday afternoon, I received an email that my seller account is now verified and I can now sell on Amazon.
When I tried to log on to Amazon on Saturday afternoon, I got the email/password error message. I knew I had put in the correct details. However, I changed my password, still couldn't get in, copied and pasted email address about 5 times, still the same. Could Amz have deleted my account? Why would they send the "account verified" email if the account was deleted? I am confused and don't know what to do next. Please advise. Thanks.

It was a Stealth/ghost account.

Could this of been linked to another account? This is usually the reason for deletion.

It does sound like Amazon has deleted the account.

Did you have a valid cc on the account? For Amazon's test charges?

I hope you have not had any sales money in the account....doesn't seem like you have...

Thank you everyone for your replies. It had nothing to do with the set up as it was brand new computer, dongle, and all new LLC details. I suspect it has everything to do with the docs submitted and Amazon deleted the account. I will make another stealth account.

They have deleted one of my acc after docs submission :(

Scary times with Amazon.

Amazon is way more brutal than PayPal and eBay.

Guess, these docs are catching up.

Just wish Amazon and eBay and PayPal had competition.
