Amazon Seller Verification process.
I have been stuck on the new seller verification process for the last 3 months. All IDs required were submitted (Passport and Utility Bill). I got an email last week requesting my passport (for the 5th time). This was submitted again.
Anyway, on Friday afternoon, I received an email that my seller account is now verified and I can now sell on Amazon.
When I tried to log on to Amazon on Saturday afternoon, I got the email/password error message. I knew I had put in the correct details. However, I changed my password, still couldn't get in, copied and pasted email address about 5 times, still the same. Could Amz have deleted my account? Why would they send the "account verified" email if the account was deleted? I am confused and don't know what to do next. Please advise. Thanks.
