Amazon MAC address question

Does amazon only store the first connecting devices MAC address?
I bought a new computer and always use a VPN, so which MAC address do they have? I also recently started using my cell phone data to connect , can they get the address from that and find out my name since i own the cell phone? plz help.

When using a VPN your MAC changes automatically anyways so your fine in that department

Amazon can't know your MAC, only IP. Of course, if you don't install any Amazon related software on the device.

They're tracking all sorts. I've had accounts linked with different MACs on the connecting devices, different IPs, different computer MACs, different physical addresses on my network card... pretty much different everything you can think of (I was using buyer accounts to test).

I simply cannot get around being linked. I've followed the guide. I use VMWare, and a VPN service for fresh IPs. Maybe one of these is tripping me up. I really, really don't know anymore. They're tracking some weird stuff.

One of the things that stands out there seems to be how much effort you put into finding a unique VPN supplier. One thing is definate that they cannot read MAC addresses, not yet anyway, so what makes you think they have linked yours?

By 'fresh', I mean 'new'. Not necessarily unblacklisted by Amazon. I'm guessing that's where I've been rumbled.

I'm going to try dropping the VPN, and use a dongle with the VMs instead. If it's true that Amazon can't read the MACs of connecting devices, then I shouldn't get detected.

(I'm only creating buyer accounts, not seller accounts, so you'd think it would be easier than this.)

ALL known VPN servers are overabused, as it is a main purpose of using VPN - do something nasty and run away. At least, it is like that with public VPN servers. So, if you want a Fresh IP, I suggest getting a VPS server from a not so big hosting provider, chances that it has been already abused at EB, are quite low.
