Does Amazon track across platform (Amazon SES, EC2)

I have used a few of amazons other services such as their Elastic Cloud and Amazon SES, anyone know if they track across there if I set that up again with a new seller account?

No solid proof but I've never heard of them linking this way.

Welcome to the forums. No proof either seen here but knowing Amazon....I would not be surprised if there is potential....they are pretty gung-ho with their proprietary stuff
