Thats a problem if they know you personal name of the company.
I will get banned im sure. | I never use my real name. Nobody ever said to use your real name.
When you sign up use a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name. Any name. Ronald McDonald, Joe Smith, Octavian Zillafrasher, etc... Any ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name that you like.
Then BUSINESS NAME for tax interview. YOU are not the business.
You can not use anything other than your matching business name for your EIN.
Best Buy does not use a personal name right? Walmart would not use a personal name? Burger King? Mid Atlantic Archery Supplies? Ford Motor Group? Lowes? Home Depot?
Of course not because it is not a person. It is a legal business entity.
You have to use THE BUSINESS NAME for the EIN if not it wont pass the IRS. It is impossible to pass. That EIN goes to that business NOT to your name. You are nothing more than a share holder or member. Just like Home Depot is owned by shareholders.
Your name has nothing to do with any is of this. It is the business, not you.
Not sure how else to explain this. |
