 Amazon fba and the buy box
I mostly use fba on my Amazon accounts. Everything was perfect since recently.
I get few competitors from China doing fba on the same listing with me. Which is perfectly fine, this is business and I cant be the only person selling a product.
However, the problem is, although their feedback is either 2-3 or 0 when mine is over 400 99% positive, they get the buy box 100% of the time.
our price is the same. Again, both of us do FBA. And I am sure about the 100% of the time them having the buy box because I checked the business reports and buy box percentage.
Any thoughts on this ?
