Re: Getting a PO Box Return thru the Claims Process
With ONE exception: If you have "proof" through something the buyer said that they are lying, you can call their bluff and potentially avoid having to get Amazon involved at all (and if they do - you may stand a good chance of defense).
A few weeks ago I had a buyer order QTY 4 of some very expensive items (total was $500). Last week buyer says "why did you only send me one when I ordered 4??"
My response was basically
""Your item weight was xxx pounds, QTY 4 weighs xxx pounds - which was the weight of the package plus supplies as confirmed by your attached label and tracking information. I also take pics of every bulk order with the packaging and label in case the buyer makes a mistake in inventory (which is what I'm sure happened in your case). Please check with your receiving and inventory department to find out where the recording error happened. However, please keep know that I have both Amazon Seller Support as well as civil legal recourse at my disposal if you do attempt to defraud me.
Your claim in the message above demonstrates that you admit to receiving the package, which is shown to weigh 4x the weight of a single item - so unless you are suggesting I filled the box with bricks (which would be odd to not have mentioned in your message), your claim is either fraudulent or a simple case of your mistaken inventory recording.
I will assume you simply forgot about the other 3 items, but if you do attempt to defraud me - understand that I will defend myself vigorously and do have a very strong history of orders through this exact same process.
"""
Worked like a charm (even though the weight on the label is automatic and I definitely have no pictures lol). No bad feedback, no AZ Claim.
