Ideally yes, it's not a given to do so but it's advised especially if you are listing immediately.

What plans do you have for the credit card?

VMWARE is the best option, make sure you make the connection bridged if using a dongle or you can look at 24vc.com for a dedicated IP address.

ID, Proof of address, Bank statement (corresponding to the bank added), UTR document / number for sole prop.

You won't need these for a while unless you know how to force initial verification before the £15,000 mark. You can get asked for them at any time so be ready.
