Ideally yes, it's not a given to do so but it's advised especially if you are listing immediately.

VMWARE is the best option, make sure you make the connection bridged if using a dongle or you can look at 24vc.com for a Dedicated IP address.

ID, Proof of address, Bank statement (corresponding to the bank added), UTR document / number for sole prop.
