I have amazon account the amazon closed .

And i have also payoneer i don't assign the payoneer account to the amazon account was closed .

I want use the payoneer account for new amazon ( NEW IP )?

I can do that ?

No . I just login to this account from same ip amazon closed but not assign the payoneer to that amazon .

My items is only FBA.

long time ago i send my self . and after good sales . amazon review my account .

So if now is FBA and good sales , it's also review or i must asking buyers for feedbacks ?

Feedback useful but not mandatory, just make sure no complaints. Remember velocity limits, first month should be approximately no more than 750usd.Also best to avoid high risk stuff, especially stuff that can be ⊗⊗⊗⊗d, like dvd/blu ray for example

Well you expect to go under review and you wont get your first payment for a few weeks. You could try making multiple accounts and spreading the sales, or just start smaller
