And i have also payoneer i don't assign the payoneer account to the amazon account was closed .

I want use the payoneer account for new amazon ( NEW IP )?

Feedback useful but not mandatory, just make sure no complaints. Remember velocity limits, first month should be approximately no more than 750usd.Also best to avoid high risk stuff, especially stuff that can be ⊗⊗⊗⊗d, like dvd/blu ray for example

Well you expect to go under review and you wont get your first payment for a few weeks. You could try making multiple accounts and spreading the sales, or just start smaller
