Suspension invoices are overlooked???
 

Hello,

My account is suspended. when I submit the invoices out of 6 ASINs they have approved 4 but remaining 2 ASINs they didn't approve and they are asking for more details with below message.

-- Invoice date (must be issued in the last 365 days)


However these 2 ASINs are also part of the same invoice.


Please help what should I do? Is that overlooked or they need older dates invoices?

Send them exactly as they want them they will approve them as long as it's included what they asked for

Sending the same invoices again then. Some Amazon reps are to illiterate/negligent/busy to read documents properly.

For those tasks, there is no limit on how many times you can try your luck.

Yeah, no, you get a limited number of appeals before you're done.

By my experience, if it's a documentation-verification type of appeal, the Amazon team seems to be very patient with back-and-forth correspondence that eventually leads to reinstatement, assuming documents are all legit.
