Re: Just received this suspension notice, very strange! Help!
Yes this is a newer account, approximately 6 months old. Perfect Seller metrics, 0% late shipments, 0% complaints, returns, etc. Few buyer's messages that were responded quickly and professionally. Sales have been around $10K for the last month, again no issues whatsoever.
The account is currently suspended, like a regular suspension. The message came with the red flag, and it's under Performance Notifications. It has the usual "appeal" button right next to it. Just it doesn't have any ASINs in it, like these usually do when there is an issue with a particular product. It almost looks like an error message... I've gotten other accounts suspended before so I'm very familiar with suspensions in general. Usually they come either from linking, or from issues with particular products, in which case there are previous returns, complaints, amazon usually blocks that ASIN and asks for receipts and the whole list of things that normally happen. This one is nothing like that. Just out of the blue, and has nothing listed in the message as far as what products or etc. Very strange, never seen one like that before.
